Straightish (slight wave)

Grey at the roots (need to get the Superdrug dye out)

Fine but plentiful.

Just past my shoulders.

Wispy fringe that's got long so pushed back.

Needs to be away from my face for work.

No skill so definately no blowdrying or tongs .

Show me nice linkie pictures to inspire me (or else I'll just pootle off to SuperCuts and get two inches lopped off again)

My hair sounds similar (no grey though, sorry) and I had mine cut with layers in the top and feathered round my face, much like an updated version of the 90's 'Rachel' . easy to manage, I just brush mine and go and still long enough to tie back the bulk of it and use a clip to keep the fringe out of the way.

OK so tomorrow the Boring Hair has to meet it's Waterloo.

The fringe needs cut , it's getting in the way now.
I need a bit lopped off but I'm not brave enough to go short. Thinking back to the reasons why I grew my hair and looking at some old photos has reminded me.

Collar length bob it is.
