Style this skirt for me please

I bought this skirt today. Am a bit unsure about the belt. What tops would work best for daytime?

Yikes! Erm, sorry but I don't like it. The model is flat chested and if you had any bust at all it would make you look like something out of St. Tinian's.The belt is vile too.

It's going back... It's actually quite a heavy material which also adds inches. I've tried it on with a few different tops and...no. Plus, I do have a chest.
