Longchamp Pliage Cuir ..Anyone have one?

Have been looking for a red bag for outside of work and I really like this one ..it is slightly over budget though so just looking for opinions on quality really. Shape etc is spot on for what I want although will probably have to get a bag organiser thingie. Have a reservation about how thick the leather is and whether it will start wearing at the corners

I have one. Good quality leather but does wear down on corners a little, depends how you care for it though. I would recommend holding out for sale if you can wait. Only a few weeks away. Selfridges and Harrods normally have a selection of Longchamp that go into sale.

I have two - taupe and black. I've used the black one almost continuously for about nine months now, treated it abominably, and I can't see any marks or damage. The leather is fantastic quality: it's thin, but it's meant to be (if you see what i mean).

A lighter colour may show more wear - mine are both pretty dark. I sprayed them both with Colonil waterproofing spray before using

Def hold out for the sale. I got mine half price from Harrods last Christmas

I'm worried about the colour as Harrods quote it as "terracotta" whereas the bag I have been looking at on Longchamp website is more of a Cherry red

I live on South Coast so we will have to find time to visit I guess!
