Are there any bra measuring experts around? I need help!

I've got my tape measure ready, I need to find out what size I am. I've been wearing a 40DD but I've recently lost 5 stone and my boobs have shrunk considerably. My bras are all huge on me now. Can anyone tell me how to measure myself and find out my new bra size please? Thanks in advance Thanks

In general bra measuring isn't very accurate because although you might measure one size when you try bras on they all fit differently. Are you looking for a specific bra? Could you not pop into a debenhams or marks and Spencer's and ask for a fitting? I can't offer any advice on how to measure yourself because I've never done it, I just go by looking and fitting (bra fitter in Debenhams!)

But if getting a fitting isn't an option I'm sure someone here will be able to help you Smile

Do not go near an m and s fitter. They are beyond awful. If you have a bravissimo or john lewis go there otherwise follow the guidelines on thebetterbracampaign.blogspot.co.uk
