Control underwear

I need some control underwear - preferably the cycling short style.

Are you able to tell me which brand you recommend?

I've had everything from spanx to primark! Some of the best where knickers from debenhams and a slip type one from an independant shop the make I think is bodyform.

Try an independent lingerie shop where they can be tried on.

I've had lots, from cheaper to more expensive and the more expensive are definitely way better. With the bike shorts the most important thing is that they not ride up or dig into your thigh. Will have to find my fave pair to see what brand they are!

I've got cycling short style from both M&S and Spanx. The Spanx are by far more comfortable, softer yet still pull you in and smooth your bumps. Definitely worth the extra spend.

The best time I wore them I was sharing a hotel room with DM, getting ready for a wedding. She gets her underwear from Rigby and Peller and went into full-on sizing assistant mode, man-handling me into them, literally hoisting them up -til I was lifted off the ground- and nestling the band up and under my bra strap. It's possibly a two (wo)man job to get the best out of them! But once they were properly on they were like a second skin.
