Best classic black jersey type top

Yes, I know black is boring but I'm performing in a concert and the dress code is black top and black trousers with a touch of red. I'm using my music file for the red bit. I don't have any flattering black tops, I have jumpers but they're not smart enough for the concert. I'd like please some ideas for a classic fitted black top. I've had a look on Miss Selfridge, Warehouse and Topshop but I'm astounded that they don't have anything as basic as that!

Baukjen are lovely quality - I don't know if you would want one as long as this but I have it in a few colours and wear them all the time.

I also have this which is a lot more dressy and I'm not sure you would want to spend that much for a concert! Have you tried ASOS? Baffling choice!

Thank you for your reply Petit. I'm actually quite petite so the long one would be a no no for me. THe DVF is lovely but can't stretch my budget that far. I'll nip to ASOS now.
