Bra Intervention

Hi,

I currently wear a 30D but have just measure myself the way the bra intervention thread says to and and I have 28.5 underboob and around 32 inches across boob.

Any ideas what size I am?

Your measurements suggest a 28D but you're already wearing a 30D which is equivalent in volume to a 28DD.

What's your current 30D like if you scoop? Any overspill/quad boob/under arm bulge/back fat? If you have these then go up a cup (or more!).

I'd go more by fit than tape measure since you are in a size which is close. Also if you are quite slim and don't have much padding on your ribs you might need the 30 for comfort. if you have a look at the better bra campaign blog it tells you how to see if you have the right bra

30D seems OK in the cup to me but the back seems to slip down a bit at the moment.

I'd maybe try a 28dd then for comparison
