Boot suggestions for slim calves.

Excluding Duo boots has anyone found any medium/ high heeled boots that won't leave that awful gap at the top of the leg. I'm looking for something stylish and sleek to wear with dresses and skirts I don't want adjustable buckles making them narrower or expandable elastic etc just something that zips up and looks streamline. My calve measurement is approximately 12 1/2 inches but perhaps more importantly the top of my leg where the boot should finish is 12 inches.

Jones the Bootmaker long boots are often slim around the calf - mine are 13 inches at top and 14 at widest part. These were good on me. You would need to try on though. My ankles are really slim - I get the dreaded bag there!

Yes I forgotten about Jones the Bootmaker which I shouldn't have because the only pair of high healed boots that I actually own come from them !. I didn't realise that they they often did boots that worked for narrower calves -I just thought my pair were a one off freak thing !.

Jones have a whole range of slim fitting boots.

Could I just ask how do you know which ones are slim fitting? I have clicked on about 20 different pairs and none of them give calf measurements or say slim fitting.
Thanks
