Red, bumpy, 5p-sized patch on one cheek

What could it be and how do I get rid of it? It's reoccurring and I can never link it to any particular products or things I'm doing. It feels slightly rough and has tiny little spots, but much smaller than normal spots... The rest of my skin is combination and not especially sensitive.

I get patches that sound like this on my arms, and I was told it was eczema...

Oh right! I guess I could ask the doctor next time I'm there. I forget that facial skin problems aren't always a beauty-related issue Grin

Sounds like eczema to me. I get a little recurring patch on the back of my hand. Elocon from the doc normally sees it off, but it eventually comes back.

Thanks both, I'll see if I can get something for it then.

I got something that sounds like this on my face a few years ago. I changed to Dr. Hauschka products and it went away.
here and this moisturiser here
