A lot cheaper than a Clarisonic - does anyone have one and can you tell me if you're impressed or not?

I've not tried it, but I have just bought the Boots No 7 version and have been impressed by it. Only been using it for a week and my skin already looks smoother and pores look smoother. I don't have milia though, so afraid I don't know if it'll help with that, probably worth reading through all the reviews on Boots website to see if anyone mentions if it helps.
