liposuction in london?

I am contemplating having a small amount of lipo next year on bum and thighs. can anyone recommend someone in London? I was thinking of Bryan mayou - any thoughts?

(please don't tell me to exercise or diet - I do exercise and my diet is good, I just can't shift this last bit and since having major reconstructive surgery to repair child birth injury I am unable to do very high impact exercise. and please don't tell me not to be shallow - i'm not shallow, i'm just thinking about lipo!)
