Rosehip Oil

I have succumbed to yet another mumsnet induced purchase and bought some rosehip oil.

It's rancid. The smell is utterly revolting. I'm willing to overlook this however if it will make me look like a nubile 20 year old if I perservere with it.

Does it really work?

Any decent oil works. But I wonder if it's past it's sell by date? My rosehip oil doesn't smell bad...

Mine was smelling lovely, until I dropped into the sink and it smashed everywhere Sad not used long enough for nubile effect I'm afraid. But it didn't smell rank.

Hmmm what make is it? Don't think it's supposed to smell bad.

Scarletohello · 24/11/2013 16:04

Apparently it can go rancid very easily...

Perhaps that's it then. It stunk when I first bought it so just figured that's what it was meant to smell like. But perhaps it had been stored badly/for too long. It's A'kin and I got it from holland and Barrett. I might chance another bottle because I'm too cheap to replace my v expensive kiehls midnight recovery serum.

I ordered the Trilogy oil. It's just arrived. And it doesn't stink! Hurrah!
