Help, dress/shoe combo advice needed!

Can is wear this dress with these shoes (praying links work). If yes, what tights should I wear. If no, help! I'm not looking to buy new shoes, I own the dress & shoes already, just not sure if they go together.

I would say not but I'm no fashion guru . If it was me I would probably wear some black heels. What is the occasion?

I didn't really buy the dress with anything in mind, I thought it would be sort of a jersey material but it isn't. I was thinking knee length heeled boots but I can't find mine anywhere.

I think they're a good combo, if you wanted to wear tights they'd have to be nude though, I don't think black tights works.

The dress is far too casual for those shoes and, if I'm frank, any evening occasion!

The dress is posher than it looks, I thought it would be jersey material but it's actually like chiffon. It's not a 'posh' evening do anyway, I think a lot of people are wearing jeans.
