Chanel style boucle jacket...on a budget?

I have a job interview next week,and have my heart set on wearing a black office style dress with this sort of jacket over the top, the only problem is I don't have one and I don't have much money!!

Has anyone seen anything like this around anywhere (or even know what sort of thing I am talking about!)?
