Just started reading the CH blog and love the idea of her routine. I am trying to implement so using up my La Roche posay micellar water and then purchased the botanics cleansing balm for the double cleanse. I am going to get some Liquid gold too but really really stuck for moisturiser ideas as she doesn't seem to list any other than the goats milk one at £50.
My skin suffers from hormonal breakouts on my chin:jaw but otherwise combination and probably quite dehydrated.
Any recs too for eye cream would be great, no dark shadow issues, just preventative for anti aging. (The indeed labs seems to be for dark circles only)
Thanks in advance.

I have very similar skin to you and love liquid gold.
I really rate alpha H moisturisers either liquid gold rejuvenating cream (glycolic) or essential hydration cream (non glycolic).
If you've not used AHAs before I'd maybe either use a non glycolic moisturiser or only use the glycolic at night.

This kit www.qvcuk.com/Alpha-H-5-Piece-Hydration-Experts-Collection.product.203433.html?sc=203433-SRCH&cm_sp=VIEWPOSITION--11--203433 has the full size liquid gold and scrub, moisturiser, cleansing balm & eye cream for a good price. If you don't like it you can send it back too

Thanks Jemima, that kit looks like great value.
Do you use the same moisturiser morning and night? I have read don't use moisturiser after liquid gold is that right?

I'm always trying to find a good moisturiser and I too love liquid gold. It's more effective if you dont follow with anything. I use it x 2 a week on its own then an oil on the other nights.
Moisturiser wise I have combo dehydrated skin and I'm using this which I really like because I err on the side of natural and I don't want SPF or silicone www.alvanaturalskincare.co.uk/sensitive-skin/200-24-hour-facial-care-cream-50ml-4013640042008.html

Joan that's right you don't use a moisturiser on the nights you use liquid gold. It seems odd at first but it's excellent stuff, I use it twice a week.
I like to use a glycolic night cream on the other nights so I use a different moisturiser in the day time. No major favourite on that one though I've used (and liked) liz Earle, decleor Hydrafloral, superdrug radiance day cream and alpha h hydration cream. Not yet found one I really live though.

I bought one the other day because a girl had tweeted caroline that a cream had massively helped her breakouts and caroline tweeted back (after seeing the ingredients) "nice cream"
It was £4.20 so I thought I'd give it a try!!
It's by amphora aromatics and its the echinacea one
