I am thinking of getting a semi permanent colour put on my hair (something chestnut or choc brown) my hair is naturally moused with a bit of blonde where the sun has lightened it.
Years ago I had a sp dye a couple of times and was fine. However two years ago when I was pregnant I booked an appt and had a patch test before (behind my ear) which immediately flared up red and blustery so I didn't go ahead with the dye.
I really want to colour my hair as I looks awful. Have made an appt and will have a patch test again.
I was wondering if semi permanents contain ppd I think the salon use loreal dyes but they seemed unsure when I asked them. I thought only permanents contained it but wanted to double check.
