skin supplements

Hi does anyone take supplements such as Imedeen, Perfectil, Boots own brand etc etc for skin/hair/nails.

Just wondered what peoples experiences were. I have lots of boots points to spend so was going to get these. Imedeen seems really expensive are they worth paying extra for? or is boots own brand just as good.

I'd spend it on a good quality fish oil, they are excellent for skin. I've never tried Imedeen though to be fair.

What would you say us good quality fish oil [squoosh] and where from?
