Fleecy lined wellies or boots

I am now living out of London & so have entered a whole new world. I need some boots which will be suitable for rain,snow etc. I have reasonably chubby calves! Thought Hunter wellies but apparently I might find them freezing. Are Joules ones any good? Don't want to spend more than £100 or so.

You can buy wellie warmers, both Hunter & Joules do these :-)

Hello Ice. I am desperate too so can I join your thread please?
I had these boots for several years and they were fantastic in cold and snow. They were furry lined with zips up the back.
I also have very big calves.
I really would like exactly the same boot (Alpine) but cannot find then anywhere apart from a pair of size 5s on ebay - I need a 6.5 or 7.
Has anyone seen anything similar?
Don't really want wellies as not warm enough.
