Elemis- Pro Collagen Marine Cream?

The tsv on qvc includes a 30ml Pro Collagen Marine Cream and is £39.96. The regular price of the 30ml jar is £50.

I keep wanting to try this and wonder what mumsnet thinks if it? Is it worth the price tag? I'm 33 with combo skin and the start of fine lines.

This is the kit. I was thinking of flogging the stuff I don't want on eBay.

It wasn't heavy enough for me, and still left my skin tight. However I am using rosehip oil now so it would maybe be enough on top of that. Very tempted.

I found it just sat on my skin in a thin layer.

JemimaPuddle · 17/11/2013 21:18

It's ok but not worth the rrp IMO. It smells lush but has silicone in which doesn't benefit the skin really and actually causes blackheads/ breakouts for me if I use it over a period of time.

Mumraathenoisylion · 17/11/2013 21:19

I agree, not worth it.

coffeeinbed · 17/11/2013 21:19

did fuck all for me.

KosherBacon · 17/11/2013 21:23

Thanks! You've saved me all £45.

Hmmmm... Now to find something that does work.

I really like it. If I were you though I would buy a sample tube from eBay and see how you get on.
Kiehls Rosa Arctica is also excellent and a bit cheaper

bluebump · 17/11/2013 21:30

I liked it but I'm not sure my skin looked noticeably better for using it. I would purchase again though.

dazzlingdeborahrose · 18/11/2013 15:13

I like it too.
