I've had the Clarisonic Plus for 2-3 years, and it's made a massive difference for me.
My skin looks better - I don't get sebaceous filaments (those little black things on the nose that look like small blackheads) to the same extent as before. I get less spots than before.
I think (without being 100% certain) that some smaller wrinkles are less visible than they were.
I don't spend money on exfoliating products - the Clarisonic and my daily cleanser is enough.

I use it in the morning in the shower. I don't feel the need for using it twice a day. I either buy the brush for normal, sensitive or delicate skin - I notice that there is a difference in how they feel on the skin, but I've found that they all work for me.

In the evening, I use a cleansing balm, water and a washcloth/flannel.

Thanks for your reply that's really helpful. If you don't mind me asking what cleanser do you use ?

I've been using a foam and a soap from the Clinique 3 step system, both have been good.
I've also used a foaming cleanser from Dior, and am currently using the cleanser from the Shiseido Ibuki range.

Anything that works with water is fine.
I wouldn't use a milk, oil or balm as they don't work with water.
