Vitamin E Hot Cloth Cleanser

I read a great review of this yday and needed to get some cleanser so thought I'd try it but am a bit confused. It's just a normal muslin cloth you rinse in hot water after using the cleanser? It's not that my skin didn't feel OK but I wondered if I was missing something?

Do you have the one from Superdrug? I bought it but am confused....

Are you supposed to put the cleanser onto dry skin or wet face first?

Should you remove make up with make up remover before using the cleanser?

Apply your cleanser straight onto dry skin. Wet the cloth with hot water and using small sections of the cloth and circular motions, wipe the cleanser away. Rinse the cloth out as you go and once you finish.
