Want to be an elfin blonde

I currently have a light brown bob which is chin length. I have been colouring it myself for the past few months to save money and effort. Big. Huge. Massive. Mistake.
I was previously highlighted blonde and I want to get back to this. How do you do so if you have been using a permanent all over colour?? I will be getting this done at the hairdresser. No more DIY for me.
I also want a change of style. I like the crop that Frankie Sandford has. Also Michelle Williams. And Jo Elvin. What do I ask for though?

I've gone from dark and red back to very light blonde before using Colour B4 and then bleach. My hair is very short and it takes a good 6 weeks and some deep conditioning treatments to get it back in any kind of reasonable shape.

So I imagine the hairdresser will use a salon equivalent of Colorb4. Google Pixie crop...that's probably what you should be asking for.
