Spanx-type tights

Sorry I know it's dull dull dull but can anyone recommend some good "control" (yuck) tights? I have a great spanx-type thingy which really does the trick under clingy dresses - it goes from thigh to just under my bra and yes it is probably the most in attractive garment ever. Anyway... it doesn't really work with tights so I need a solution for winter Christmas parties etc.

And yes I could try just losing some weight I know... I'm not huge (size 10) but just a bit flabbier than I'd like!

Spanx makes tights.

M&S do a great range too. I've had some from there recently and really like them.

Get yourself to TK Maxx - they are selling Spanx footless tights/leggings at the moment for £7.99. They're extra long so, if you wear them with ankle boots, there's no gap and they look like heavy duty opaqque tights. No shine. I've always been sceptical about Spanx but the last time I had a stomach this flat I was 14 Grin And they are completely comfortable.

I'm going to be known as the Primark queen!! But honestly the opaque shaper tights that they do are fab!! Only about £3.00 too Grin

Thanks everyone! I think I need to get to TK Max as there's no way I can afford normal spanx prices. I have got some M&S control tights but they're not as "holdy-inny" as I'd like. I've now just ordered some control slips so will see how they work with tights..

The other option which does work the control pants plus hold-ups (M&S) but not when there's an evening of dancing involved!

Primark make great right with tummy Shaper panel at the top . Thick too.. I always buy them .

Another one who recommends the Primark ones. You can get tummy and bottom shaper ones which hold everything steady and in! They're really cheap and do a great job.

I just got some Next 'Wow' ones. Was quite pleased with them, £9 I think.
