Could I dye this dress?

I bought this a year or so ago but it still has the tags on and is hanging in my wardrobe, it isn't quite white, has a definite peachy hue but not very wearable... Could I dye it? I'm thinking black or navy? If so, how? Thanks!

Probably not as its polyester which isn't a porous fabric.
