Talk to me about eye makeup

Right, I have a problem. One eyebrow has sort of become shorter - as though it's been partially waxed at the inner side ... which it definitely hasn't been! I've never needed to use eyebrow pencils and wouldn't know where to start but I need to create a bit of eyebrow!

Okay, secondly. Eyeliner. Where do you apply yours and do you smudge it! Mine goes tight to but under my lower last line. It isn't smudged (another how to?) but isn't a pencil thin line.

I guess I need to update my eye makeup but where should I start?

For my eyebrows, I fix neaten them with a bit of wax, then use a brush to put brown eye shadow which fills the gaps nicely and is less harsh than a pencil. My eyeliner goes only on my top lid and I use a liquid. No smudging required.

I have found Lisa Eldridge's videos on You Tube incredibly helpful for eyes and eyebrow techniques.
