Help me to keep warm, please

I get really bad earache when it's cold, or windy. Please help me find a hat that won't make me look like a deranged cat lady. I have a very small head, and also wear glasses, so I need something that is small and won't swamp me. I also hate itchy hats.

Please help...or I will be tempted to buy faux fur ear muffs instead, and my dds will disown me.

I need gloves too, but have small, skinny hands and most of them are too big. Are there any children's gloves around which are not pink and flowery, or have Thomas the Tank Engine on them? :)

I like the beret, and quite suit them - but yes to ear covery.

I love hats that cover my ears. If you search for slouchy beanies on Amazon you might get something you like.
