Prevaricating over, I'm forking out for a North Face Arctic.

So I don't muck it up, is their sizing normal? I'm an 8 generally

Yeah I find it true to size on the puffa and rain coat I have. Maybe erring on the generous size if anything.

LittleTulip · 08/11/2013 21:14

You won't regret it.

I'm a 12, 14 top and wear a medium

Doearwigsmakechutney · 08/11/2013 23:01

True to size I think. I'm a small size 10 and have the small. Like walking around in a lovely duvet. Do google to find cheaper ones. I got mine from all weathers and it was £100 less than the RRP.

Snowbility · 08/11/2013 23:11

This I go mine for gaynors, I've lost weight and it swamps me but I'm still in love!

Casa you would be fine in a small. Do you live anywhere near their outlets? They have them for £220 at the one nearest me.

Pufflemum · 09/11/2013 08:27

They have NF parkas in Costco this month, can't remember the actual cost but it's likely to be a big saving.

Very generous, we have an outlet not far away so I like to peruse Barbour/Nirth Face/Merrell (never any coats in Znerrell grr) always lots cheaper easily £100 or so Wink

casacastille · 09/11/2013 12:12

Ruby - no, I don't even live in the UK. Cheapest I can find online is £220 plus £10 shipping

While hunting down the cheapest I came across the Juneau model. It's a bit shorter than the Arctic but I think I prefer it. Though oddly it's more expensiveHmm

at Costco and outlets!
