Which pearls and from where?

Would like some pearl earrings. Where do people buy their high quality pearls please?

I'd suggest an independent jewellers?? Steer clear of the high street chains. My Mum gave me her studs and necklace a few years ago, so maybe I'm not in the best place to comment!

Hmmm I bought several pairs of freshwater pearl stud earrings on a work trip to Manila. They were all around 50p to £1 each. They are no different to my Sil's studs which were £100+

The mark up on pearls is incredible so if you just want studs then try eBay international sellers?
