Hobbs - any advice on sizing?

There is a skirt on the website that I really love, but biggest size is 18, which would normally be too small for my fat arse womanly curves. Does anyone know if the are very generously cut?

On the generous side IMO, however not a full size up. I love Hobbs!

Thanks One, i might have to give it a try or I'll not rest. Perhaps it will be the motivation I need to lose some weight Blush

I bought a few sale pieces in Jan - too small at the time, but after 6 weeks effort on the diet (pretty strictly) they fitted brilliantly. About 10lbs heavier now, and they're still looking ok. Do it!

It's all over the shop in my experience. I am usually a size 14, but I have bought quite a lot from Hobbs this year, in sizes 12-16. Are there any reviews on the Hobbs/John Lewis website that might have any clues whether the skirt comes up small/big?

IME the tops are about right, and the bottoms (skirts/trousers) are always a little larger than they should be. Their returns are very good though - fast with the refunds if it doesn't fit.

Only a couple of reviews, saying how fab the skirt is Envy but nothing on sizing. Diet starts tomorrow ....
