How can I style up this dress?

This has just been delivered, and for once, I have found a dress that fits really well and I want to keep it and wear to work

What would you wear with it? I am most comfy in biker boots, leggings, tunics, boyfriend cardigans.....so I don't want to go down the posh tights/high heeled shoes and jacket route, but I do want to look semi smart. I have a red and white long sleeve blouse that might work underneath so far, and 100denier tights...

Its one of those dresses that you can style in many ways - depending on the kind of day I am having, I would wear it with long sleeved tops and shirts and any of these; long boots, ankle boots, ballet flats, heels etc. On top, crew neck cardigans or jackets. The possibilities are endless.
