Quick, help, wise MNetters! Can I wear this dress for a wedding?

Picture is on my profile. It's knee length and very much cream, not white. Planning on wearing it with black tights and flats. Or is it too 'bridal'? I have sod all to wear, wedding is this weekend and I can't justify buying anything new.

Any opinions very much appreciated.
