Long evening dress needed

Can anyone suggest a nice full length evening dress that is not black! I am a size 12 on top and 14 on the bottom and have a bit of a mummy tummy I need to hide for less than 150 quid...thanks.

When I asked something similar, I got directed to Phase 8 and Coast. Might need sale stuff (which is what I went for)
Colleague went to TK maxx, and spent much less!

House of Fraser, is where my proper black tie dress is from.
Debenham's sometimes, but they are a bit bridesmaid/teen prom.

I've just bought this one. OOS at the mo but they come and go. I am undecided. It is too long and I cba with the bother of getting it taken up.

I'm 5'5. It would probably be OK in high heels but if I keep it I need to make it a bit less formal so will get it taken up a bit.
