Nursing bra fitting recommendation SW? SorrelForbes can you help?

I'm in Devon and I'd like to avoid a long trip to Bravissimo in Cardiff if possible. Can anyone recommend somewhere more local for a proper fitting for a ludicrously large bosom?

I think I'm around a 34H according to the MN approved measurig method. I've just called John Lewis at Cribbs Causeway and they have a grand total of one style in my size, which may or may not fit when I get there...

Thanks

There's a shop called something awful like De'Bora in Exeter which has lots of sizes. Pretty good measuring, although I found they erred on the generous size for the back measurement, so good to have an idea before you go.

this shop this shop in Bodmin is also meant to be fab, if you ever find yourself heading in a Cornwall direction.

if you have one nearby...i got measured for a nursing bra in debenhams at the weekend and they have a good range to choose from.

Thanks. De Brora is doable. I've not been very impressed with the fitting at Debenhams or their own-brand nursing bras but they've got a better range online.

Bumping in case Sorrel is around; I think she might be in Plymouth.

Have you thought of online ordering I know it's a pain but you would get a much greater range of styles. I think I used something like this place but not sure if that was the exact one... (I'm near Plymouth too so feel your pain)

Have you thought of getting normal bras and converting? I'm BFing, a GG/H cup and hated, absolutely hated nursing bras. Give you shapeless droopy sweaty uniboob. So I just bought my normal Freya and Fantasie bras, got clips from ebay and made my own nursing bras. So much better.

Hello! Gemma in the Plymouth branch of Debenhams is pretty good as is the owner of the lingerie shop in Saltash (just off Fore St). I was also going to suggest the Bodmin store as it was recommended to me recently by a HoC consultant.

Hello Sorrel and thanks all for your suggestions. Hazel that sounds like a lot of work, even though I am handy with a needle. Is it difficult?

I'd like to go and get measured/fitted by an actual person who knows what they're doing, so I will take a look at these suggestions. Plymouth and Bodmin are both do-able although De Brora is on home turf.

no not difficult at all, and I'm not handy with needle in any way.
here's a tutorial: www.motherwearuk.com/page23.htm

Perfect Fit in Keynsham near Bristol if your ever up this way. They measure using the MN system Wink
