I am just into my 30s and have had a fringe for last 18 months. It looks ok but time for a change. Prancing in front of mirror I swept it back imagining a glam up short doo....

I know my job is stressful, my sleep is minimal and I don't use unicorn tears for face cream but wow seriously I have the upper face of a... Well I don't know what, my dm is 60 and not as bad
I don't smoke and could drink more water but other than a perma fringe what else can I do to help myself sort it out??? not Botox
Anyone else ever had this revaluation?
I just poured over fb pics for last 3 years and yes I've had a ds but I swear work has suddenly added 10 years BlushSad

Use a primer under your foundation, it'll hide fine lines

drink loads of water, moisturise like life depends on it, use frownies and some facial exercises - after a lot of effort this will make a very slight difference or easier, throw 200 quid and no effort at Botox for major difference... (voice of experience)

I had a thai massage last weekend, she really dug her fingers into my head (it hurt) and she commented on how much stress I was holding in my face and head - I swear I look 5 years younger after it! And I still look fresher several days later so I have decided I need to relax more.
