What colour goes with rust?

I have a rust coloured dress with cream polka dots. It needs a cardi but cream looks a bit twee. How about graphite grey? And I have brown boots but which colour tights please?

navy Cardi and tights? mustard Cardi burgundy tights?

Olive green?

Think I'd just do navy then if burgundy not right. Not sure about grey myself but all depends on shade. I'd maybe also try the mustard Cardi and cream knitted tights. I do like the green idea too.

green or purple

I wear olive green or khaki green with rust. Mustard also works well.

Dusky purple or mustard

I have dusky purple tights too. Will definitely try those.
