Why won't my White Company code work?

Has anyone else has had this problem? It is taking off the delivery cost but not applying the 10% discount code on the winter shopping card they sent me. Have also tried a couple of other codes I've found but same thing each time. I would call them to query it but with two DSs on half term it is a bit too noisy to try and use the phone! Thanks.

Is it actually allowing you to put the code in. If not clear the code it has automatically put in for free delivery and start again. I have a code of AC854. Don't know if that will help

Thanks for the code - I'll give it a try. It is allowing me to enter the code and even says 10% discount and free delivery but only seems to apply the free delivery! Very annoying!

Is it over a certain amount perhaps? Am sure there's a 20% code on here somewhere if you search

AC298 should give 20% off and free delivery (although it could have expired yesterday)
