small bras - I'm ot a child!

Just used the OPeaches method of measuring and I am 28/31. The only reasonably priced bras of this size are " my first bra" types. I'm just sick of nowhere catering for me. I'm a 26yo mum who is apparently stuck in the body of a 12yo.
Great effort has been made to cater for " larger ladies" so why not little ones? ( both bras and other clothes- a small size 6)
Does anyone know anything I don't?

what does that make you? I know our local indie undies shop does a lot in 28" back and a very few in 26 - but you're never going to find them in M&S, and that means you will have to pay a bit more. Try figleaves?

Bonsoir · 31/10/2013 09:19

Try Princesse Tam Tam

minipie · 31/10/2013 09:32

What cup size is that? Fig leaves has a "small back" section with 28" back, but they are mostly 28C and upwards - there is one 28A but it's a "teen bra" sorry.

If you have a very small cup size then I'd be inclined to wear the lovely non underwired silk triangle bras this kind of thing. the link is to a Mimi Holliday bra, they are good for small sizes.

minipie · 31/10/2013 09:35

some nice ones here too

Dilidali · 31/10/2013 09:43

Intimissimi :)
They're Italian, good quality everyday bras.

SorrelForbes · 31/10/2013 11:04

That makes you around a 28C a size that has been called the rocking horse shit of bras! Try The Little Bra Company, and Therapy. Be prepared to try a 28D too.

DesperateHousewife21 · 31/10/2013 14:22

Exactly the same size as me. nightmare isnt it I usually have to wear 30" but they're not right.

AlwaysSleepingBeauty · 31/10/2013 17:33

They might be too big, but M and S do a 30 in some styles. Their usual ranges aren't really my thing but the Rosie for Autograph range has some nice styles. What Katie did also start at a 30 if you like vintage styles and in my experience come up small- I'm usually a 30C but their 30C is too small around the back for me.

AlwaysSleepingBeauty · 31/10/2013 17:34

I'm not sure why I wrote 'styles' so many times in that post, sorry!

StatisticallyChallenged · 31/10/2013 17:41

Mimi Holliday does some grown up 28Cs but yes, they are a very difficult size to find

here
They're not very cheap but it is worth registering with Cocosa (designer outlet place) as they often have sales of them.

I sympathise. I'm the other way (30HH just now but when I'm a bit lighter I go to about a 28J/JJ) and just love having to go to the "fuller figure" section.

mamij · 31/10/2013 17:47

I've found www.littlewomen.com (sorry can't link on the phone) quite good. Quick delivery and lots of styles available.

Allthingsprettyreturns · 31/10/2013 17:48

Have a look.at TK Maxx

Betty5313 · 31/10/2013 20:59

28d here so not too different, I find eBay a good source of brand new m and s bras :(

Betty5313 · 31/10/2013 21:00

should have been a happy face Smile

BB01 · 02/11/2013 10:46

Little Women really good although always limited availability of some styles and sizes. Think it's quite a small company
