The Effie satchel. I like it. I don't like the whacking great gold disc on the other one.

Am a bit of you being able to spend £600/£700 on a handbag though! I've never spent that much on an accessory in my life!

the Effie is lovely, although I find the daria holds much more. I have the black daria and use it a lot s its so easy, the handle is a good size for putting on your shoulder so you don't have to do the silly WAG hold (crook of your arm), the Effie is lovely, I have the hobo though, but the daria is far more practical.

I've saved up for three years . My parents usually give me £20 for a birthday, £50 for Christmas it's all gone in The Mulberry Account. And in a couple of months I will be able to afford it. Luckily I am not keen on the higher end bags.

Do you have a mulberry store, or john lewis near by? go and try them out if you can. I think the leather on these ones wears well, no marks etc on my daria that must be at least 4 years old now, I brought it the first season it was introduced.

I've been in today actually . I prefer the Daria tbh and as tacky as it may be I love that big gold Mulberry disc! It's the first and last time I will probably ever be able to afford a Mulberry bag so I want everyone to know about it. Now should it be the black or the oak?

Of the 2 I prefer the Effie as the Daria is everywhere in the same way the bayswater is as a 'mummy bag'. But the Effie is also v similar to the Anya hindmarch maxi zip satchel had you considered that? or is it the mulberry brand that's making you choose between just the two?

It's the Mulberry brand really. I've just always wanted one.

Have to say I'm not sure I would buy a Mulberry- I used to hanker after one until I realised that they aren't lined any more- which to me means they aren't worth the fortune they cost.

I prefer the Daria. I think it's lovely.

Get the tan one. Tan goes with black, but black doesn't look so good with brown.
