I know it divides people but Flylady has really sorted my house. It works by having routines and introducing one habit per day over the first month. Once youve settled into the routines you can keep on top of the house without spending much time at all on it and without it really feeling like chores.
So if there was a Flylady system for our appearance, what would the 28 small habits be? Things that don't take long but make a big difference if done regularly. (maybe we dont need 28?)
