I often read on S&B about great bargains bought on Ebay. How does one go about finding these bargains? Are there specific brands to look out for? Search tricks?

Anyone wiling to share their Ebay wisdom please?

One thing: when I do a search 'eg Whistles 10' for anything in a size 10 by Whistles, I always search by ending soonest... You sometimes find some nice things that haven't been bid on or have only been bid on by one or two people who may have lost interest :)

Just look for the sort of brands you like really. I recently purchased a beautiful coast dress RRP£250 for £30. Unfortunately it was too small so I re-listed it and got £60 for it Smile

Spell things wrong. e.g. Wistles. You'll find stuff that others won't be searching for and therefore bidding on Wink

Hi if you try www.fatfingers.com it brings up a site for eBay things that are often missed! There are mistaken spellings, nighttime bargains and a few others
Worth taking a look at :)

Also some brands eg french connection have an outlet shop on there and you can get huge reductions.

Dune also have an outlet shop and ive just bought some gorgeous ankle boots for £45 (inc p+p) down from £85!
