do they ride up?

You should go for a medium.
I'm a 32 bust and get into an XS or a small.

I find they ride up if not anchored into the waist of your jeans or whatever but so would anything I think.

Mine never have! mine are packed away in the eaves as I'm 8 months pregnant so can't check the size easily. I'm missing them already.

Hmm, just had a thought- my heatech vests are plain black, slightly see through ones. Maybe loopys are the patterned ones?

Mine don't ride up as they move with your body.

I size up with the Heattech, though, as they are quite fitted.

I think it depends if you are talking about the sleeveless 'vests' or the tops.

I have both. They are plain colours ( not that it should make any difference.)

The vest ( no sleeves) rides up if it's not tucked into my jeans or tights- it's quite short as it's an XS size.

The tops with a scoop neck and long sleeves tend not to ride up so much because they are longer on me.

No mine don't.
