I have a evening wedding reception to go to, I am planning to wear a plain black belted shift dress.

I was wondering what kind of necklace to wear to 'jazz' it up abit?

Depends on the cut of the neck, on whether you'll have tour hair up or down and on the shape/size of your face.

What colour are your shoes and will you be wearing anything over the dress.

Its a round neck, quite high up. My hair is short! Don't know yet about shoes, maybe black strappy sandles
