Eye shadows for sensitive peepers!

My mum has asked me for some eye make up for Xmas but she has really sensitive eyes and gets eczema on her eyelids. Can anyone suggest a good make or product I can get for her??

How about mineral powders? I've not used mineral eye make-up but I've heard it's better than many because of the lack of allergens etc.

Do you know any makes??
