I am 5'3".

I tried on one in a shop and it was too long for me. It would def keep you cosey.
I went for this instead -
m.millets.co.uk/womens/122870-peter-storm-womens-jennifer-ii-baffled-jacket-light-grey.html
falls to the bottom of my bottom if that makes sense!

Thanks for responding and for the link jillybeee I do like that jacket but wanted something that comes down more to my knees so I can wear it over long cardigans.

Last year I failed to find a really warm winter coat that I liked and was hoping this year I could find the perfect one for me. I've been through all the winter coat threads on here and hoped the Merrell would fit.

Ahh well I will keep looking.

OP, have you tried Landsend? They do Petite fitting so you won't feel swamped. Excellent quality, great service. Link here. They have an outlet section and if you sign up, they also have lots of offers eg 25% off.

Good luck with the great coat hunt. Smile

I finally bought this Tog 24 Slovakia down coat today. It's very light and comfortable, just hope it's warmer than it looks.

Thanks for your suggestion NotAsTired I did go into a Landsend shop today but it was an outlet shop and they didn't have anything petite in my size.

However, I am glad I finally bought one and can stop looking now!
