Acne sufferers - what foundation do you use ?

That's it really ? My chin is covered in lumps and bumps and horrible effin spots. Any foundation I'm using either looks too cakey or the buggers are still visible. What do you use ?

Clarins Skin Illusion is my fave at the moment - it's very light and not "cakey" but good coverage. But to cover up the worst bastard zits I then use a concealer on top and then a powder on the oily areas.

I know this may not be the recommended "look" but it helps me. My skin is so oily, the shine soon comes back anyway but the powder helps to keep the zits themselves less visible. Powder I use is a Barbara Daly at Tesco one.

I also have some Bourjois Healthy Mix after it was recommended in MN Swears By - that is cheaper and pretty good too.

Bloody spots.

DD uses Clinique blemish concealer on 'blemishes' and then the Clarins loose powder foundation all over.

I'm a little older (!!!) but I find the Clarins powder foundation good too.

I used Vichy Dermablend on the bad areas of my face and Diorskin Nude on the good bits. Powder, either from Mac, Guerlain (meteorites) or a transparent one from Essence on top.

Boots No7 Beautifully Matte foundation, I was colour matched with their machine doodah and it's perfect. I have pcos and suffer with acne on my jawline and this covers up it up really well, lasts all day and doesn't feel cakey. Dp bought it for me in February, the pump broke recently with half left, I took it into boots and they replaced it there and then even though I didn't have the receipt.

I use Benefit oxygen Wow.

A small bit put on with a brushbis enough to cover the spots for every day and a second coat over the top for more coverage when needed.

Feels like I'm wearing nothing.

I have been using Duac on my face and my spots are sooo much better.

Green corrector stick and max factor pan stick and mac studio fix concealer. Yeah my skin is that bad.
