Waterproof coat for plus sized hour glass?

My first posting in S&B, please be gentle...

I'm a humungo norked hourglass looking for a warm, waterproof casual winter coat/jacket that doesn't make me look like the love child of the abominable snow man and the Michelin man.

There's at least a two size difference between norks and waist so I need super nipped in or belted (My dress winter coat is from pepperberry but they don't do anything outdoors-y)

I'm a size 20 (or 18 if kind sizing) on the boobs and arms.

I have an ugly, ugly, ugly Peter Storm 3in1 bought for walking holidays that does me for taking out the buggy on days when it's sheeting it down.

I'd love to swap it for something like an old style barbour (quilted or waxed) but really don't think I can be that fussy. Has anyone seen anything - short or hip length, ideally hooded, but very very waisted that would keep the rain off and be warm enough for averagely cold days without actually being hideously depressing? To be picky when I can't afford to be - I don't much like parkas on me.

Ooooooooooooooh. That is pretty, and there are quite a few nice other ones on the site too. And they say the top size is 18/20, I'll check measurements, but I'm hopeful...

Thank you!
