Can you put links? Isn't the Nuptse a jacket?

I would go with the Merrells. They look more practical, easier to put on and probably warmer.

The Nuptses are best suited to dry cold - apres ski - they are not waterproof.

Oslos are more practical for UK weather. I have Oslos.

and waterproof?

however, I do need boots for -5 degrees and snow..... so would Oslo's be warm enough?

I have the oslos and they are amazing, the fur at the top goes inside too, right down to the toes so they are really toasty and completely waterproof, I've had mine for a few years now and I cannot recommend them enough.

Abzs · 23/10/2013 21:29

Yes, the Oslos are waterproof and are fine at that sort of temperature. I used them last winter in NE Scotland and was never cold. A bit too warm if anything but maybe I just have sweaty feet
