Capsule Wardrobe

Hi! First time over here in S&B

Wonder if anyone can help?

I need some new clothes, but have a very small budget poor I need stuff that I can wear to work, I could do with a pair of boots (boots will probably be most expensive item) I am happy to do skirts, but with tights. I am 5ft 5 and waver between a 12 & 14 podgy belly I don't mind bright colours, but don't like leather look stuff and stuff with loads of patterns.

Sorry no one has replied, not sure what your question is really are you asking what items make up a capsule wardrobe or are you looking for ideas for a skirt. and some boots. We might need to know what style or colours you're thinking of.
