Work trousers?

I need work trousers. I have fat thighs, big hips and a small waist. I'm 29. People seem to be wearing cigarette trousers nowadays. Will these look stupid? What shape is good ATM?

I have to be honest for work I go to M&S. they have slim leg ones which are button front with a wee elasticated bit at the beck so fit nicely on my bum /hips but aren't too big on my waist.
