Petit Bateau Raincoat - Is it waterproof?

I need a waterproof for my bike but don't want one with a logo on it. Does anyone have this and can you report on its waterproof status? Raincoat

We have the children's version of this and it is definitely waterproof, so I assume the adult one would be as well.
